I wanna work in childcare aaaasaah that is awesome
Childcare is really great! And also really, really easy to get into in Canberra at least? I completely recommend it to everyone who doesn’t dislike children and doesn’t have a personal whoops, criminal record. I would be completely happy with my life if I never did anything more than look after a room full of toddlers and supervise some primary school kids.
There is pretty much nothing more rewarding if you like kids!
Plus the pay is pretty decent which is a nice bonus, even if neither YMCA nor HAYS is gving me enough shifts right now. Approx. $20 an hour is niiiice.
